About Us

Incorporated in 1985, Sun Construction & Facility Services, Inc. is a full-service commercial general contractor providing work along the Front Range, and is licensed to perform work in Colorado.

Sun completes hundreds of projects per year with the value of individual jobs ranging from a few hundred dollars to several million. We are fully insured and bonded, with our single project bonding capacity of $7 million, and our aggregate bonding capacity being determined by our needs. Our annual volume in recent years has been as high as $24 million.

We are very proud of the fact that 93% of our work comes from either previous clients or referrals from them.
